In order to assure the high quality level of classroom instruction, and maintain our superior pass ratio, a great deal of preparation for your attendance in our course is required. At Ruslander & Associates we take pride in the services we provide.  Due to both the high cost of printed materials and the labor expended to prepare for your visit, we adhere to the following cancellation/refund policy:

There is a $150.00 cancellation penalty for any course when the cancellation is made greater than 1 week (7 calendar days) prior to the scheduled course.

If cancellation is made within the 1 week (7 calendar days) days prior to the course, no refund will be granted (this includes no appearance at class).

We understand that extenuating circumstances occur.  At any time should you need to reschedule your course for a different date, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
